AIA Document A145–2025 is an abbreviated version of AIA Document A141–2024, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder, and consists of the Agreement and Exhibit A, Design-Build Amendment. Much like AIA Document A141–2024, AIA Document A145–2025, can form the nucleus of the Contract for Design-Build between the Owner and Design-Builder.
Use of A145–2025 is intended for less complex design-build projects which do not necessitate using A141–2024.
