AIA Document B141™PDB–2024 is a modified version of B141–2024 and is for use on progressive design-build projects. B141PDB–2024 establishes the contractual arrangement between the Design-Builder and the Architect. Unlike B141–2024, B141PDB–2024 provides a more fixed scope of the architect’s services, while also including a menu of services from which the Design-Builder and Architect may select.
