AIA Document G808™–2017 replaces AIA Documents G806™–2001, Project Parameters Worksheet; G807™–2001, Project Team Directory; and G808™–2001, Project Data. G808 can be used by the architect to record pertinent information about the project throughout design and construction. The architect can use G808 to (a) maintain a directory of project participants, (b) record code information and calculations, and (c) track regulatory approvals. G808 should be completed piece by piece as a project progresses and should be periodically reviewed to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information. The attached Construction Classification Worksheet can be used to supplement G808.
