AIA Document G728™-2024, Contractor’s Request for Information Relating to Owner’s Financial Arrangements, is used by the Contractor to request that the Owner provide proof that the Owner has made sufficient financial arrangements to meet its obligations under the Contract. The form allows for the Contractor to indicate the timing of the request, and, if applicable, the basis for the request being made.
