AIA Document G729™-2024, Owner’s Response to Contractor’s Request for Information Relating to Owner’s Financial Arrangements, is used by the Owner in responding to a contractor’s request for proof that the Owner has made sufficient financial arrangements to meet its obligations under the Contract. The form allows for the Owner to disclose financial arrangements in the form of Construction Loans, Equity Financing, Governmental Funding, Self-Funding, and Other.
